That's because they're not working out correctly. A lot of times people feel like when they work out at the gym that they can reward themselves with food afterwards that they normally would need. So I'm telling you to stay away from the gym because is going to do you more harm thing good. Now, not telling you not to work at all, but you should be getting most of your working out in simply walking around and doing day-to-day things.
